When does my box ship?
Boxes ship on the 15th of each month. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your box is on its way. First box ships within 5 business days of subscribing.
Can I cancel or pause my subscription?
Yes! You can cancel or pause anytime. Just email us at golden-treasures@polsia.app before the 10th of the month to skip the next box. No cancellation fees.
What if I don't like something in my box?
We stand behind every product. If something doesn't meet your expectations, reach out and we'll work with you on a replacement or credit for the next box.
Can I switch plans?
Absolutely. Email us before the 10th of the month and we'll switch you to the other plan starting with the next box.
Do you ship outside Arizona?
The Full Experience plan includes free shipping anywhere in the US. The Sampler plan offers free shipping within Arizona; US shipping outside AZ is $5.95.

100%. Every single product in a Golden Treasures box comes from a verified Arizona producer. We visit our vendors, know their process, and share their story with every delivery.
